This machine comes in two different full automatic models for rinsing - filling and capping 0,5 lt to 2 lt and 5 lt to 8 lt bottles.

These models accommodate from 8 heads through 30 heads according to the capacity.

All frame surfaces, conveyor and projects contacting bottles are made of stainless steel, bottle quides and stars are made of plastics.

1- Rinsing unit: The bottle is placed over the rinse jet and turned by 180 degrees by means of a mechanical cam before air blowing.

2- Filling unit: This unit fills the liquid in the bottles ad the same level by low-vacuum -gravity system. If no bottle then no filling.

3- Capping unit: Monoheaded or multiheaded unit for screw plugs or pressure plug.

With gear and variable speed gearmotor (3 phase. 50Hz. ) Another mechanical unit with forced movement controlled by cams.

Parts are very easy and quick to change (worm, star wheels and bottle guides) Depending upon the bottle dimensions.

Height of the filter's bowl and the turret are automatically adjustable by using special gearbox.

All surfaces in contact with the bottle, the conveyors and casigns are made of stainless steel, and the bottle records are made of stainless steel.

Aydin was called Güzelhisar ("Beautiful Castle") under the Turkmen Mentese emirs in the 13th century. Renamed for the 14th-century ruling dynasty of Aydin, it was annexed to the Ottoman Empire about 1390. Timur (Tamerlane), who conquered it in 1402, reestablished the principality of Aydin; but it was soon recaptured by the Ottomans. Aphrodisias
An antique city situated near the Karacasu-Aydın province, was established in the name of Goddess Aphrodite. It continued to be a great center of inbatiance from the Bronze Age to the Byzantine Preiod (2800 B.C. - 220 A.D.).
